Ernest J. "Ern" Condon is a politician and retired guidance counsellor in Labrador, Canada.
Condon ran unsuccessfully as a New Democratic Party candidate for the Canadian House of Commons in the 1980 and 1984 elections in the riding of Grand Falls—White Bay—Labrador.
In the 1988 election, he placed last as an independent in a field of four candidates in the new riding of Labrador, winning 286 votes (2.15% of the total).
In 2003, he refounded the Labrador Party, a political party in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador that advocates Labrador "getting its fair share". Condon became its leader. He ran in the Newfoundland and Labrador general election, 2003 in the riding of Labrador West, and finished third with 12.7% of the vote.
In the 2004 federal election, he ran as an independent in Labrador riding representing the Labrador Party. He won 919 votes (10.35% of the total), and placed ahead of the NDP candidate.
In 2005, he ran again as an independent in Labrador in the May 24th by-election, and won 598 votes (5.66% of the total), placing fourth in a field of five candidates.
